I thrive on the fast pace of mergers and acquisitions, which marry strategy with action. Each deal feels like a puzzle that needs to be unlocked in an orderly way. Transactions allow me to be a strong advocate for my clients while utilizing my passion for navigating complex issues. Whether I’m putting together a disclosure schedule or hunting down due diligence documents or drafting contracts, I love the opportunity to dig in and be part of a deal team.
