Shorepoint Capital Partners LLC, a registered investment advisor based in Massachusetts, has been acquired by Allworth Financial, a full-service, award-winning national RIA. Shorepoint brings more than $850 million in client assets under management to Allworth.

Shorepoint has been recognized for its fiduciary principles, highly personalized financial planning and model-based investment approach of individual equities, bonds and alternative investments. Since its launch in 2009, the firm has put clients first, forming strong connections and offering customized solutions.

The partnership brings 10 Shorepoint team members, including four advisors and six support staff, to Allworth. Co-founders Tim Vanech and Luis Raposo will continue their leadership roles at Allworth.

Warner served as legal counsel to Shorepoint, representing the company in the negotiation and documentation of the transaction.

The Warner transaction team was led by Linda Paullin-Hebden and John Muhs and included DeAndre’ Harris and Lauren Moine.

Hue Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Shorepoint.
