Warner established a Kalamazoo office in October of 2013, making it our eighth office in the state of Michigan and home to some of our most experienced attorneys. Located in the city’s thriving business district, we opened our doors to better serve the Kalamazoo-area clients in banking, higher education, health care, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, estate planning, business succession planning, charitable gift planning, nonprofit planning, family businesses, craft beer and real estate.

Some of our top litigators call Kalamazoo home. They have served as national discovery and defense counsel for global Fortune 500 companies, handling complex litigation in multiple jurisdictions.

Our attorneys are deeply engaged in the fabric of the Kalamazoo community, serving on boards that support the visual and performing arts, education, faith interests, women’s issues, children’s matters and disability rights.

Kalamazoo is the base for our Data Analytics and eDiscovery team, a group of experienced attorneys who provide an integrated team approach to full life-cycle support for business data. Our records management specialists create comprehensive plans that allow businesses to properly manage data with programs that save money and reduce risk. Our eDiscovery team enables clients to take control of their electronic documents, prepare for litigation and develop strategies that meet compliance requirements – without breaking the bank.

Since we opened our doors, Warner’s Kalamazoo office has grown from three attorneys to 18. Discovery Center

We operate a state-of-the-art discovery facility staffed by 12 full-time, experienced eDiscovery project managers and staff attorneys. Our team fully integrates with our clients’ trial teams and in-house counsel and follows best practices in data review and production — utilizing predictive coding and other forms of advanced data analytics. The preferred parking is in the parking garage located in our building on Edwards Street.  Park in a visitor’s parking space on the 2nd or 3rd floor.  Take the Center Stairwell/Elevator and go to the first floor where you will check in with the front desk security and they will give you access to our office on the 7th floor.

From the North:

  1. Take US-131 South to US-131 BUS S in Kalamazoo.
  2. Continue on US-131 BUS S. Drive to W. Michigan Ave. about 6 miles.
  3. Merge onto US-131 BUS S after about 5.3 miles.
  4. Continue onto N. Westnedge Ave about .2 miles.
  5. Turn left onto W. Michigan Ave. about .5 miles
  6. Turn left onto Edwards Street.
  7. Turn left into the parking garage.

From the South:

  1. Take US-131 North to Exit 36A for I-94 BUS E/US-131 BUS toward Kalamazoo.
  2. Turn right onto I-94 BUS E/US-131 BUS N and continue to follow I-94 BUS E for about 3.5 miles.
  3. Turn right onto W Michigan Ave. about .7 miles.
  4. Turn left onto Edwards Street.
  5. Turn left into the parking garage.

From the East:

  1. Take I-94 W to I-94 BUS W and take Exit 81.
  2. Continue on I-94 BUS W and drive to E. Michigan Ave. for about 4.1 miles.
  3. Merge onto I-94 BUS W after about 2.3 miles.
  4. Turn left onto E. Crosstown Pkwy after about .6 miles.
  5. Turn right onto Portage Street after about .2 miles.
  6. Stay on Portage Street until you reach Water Street – turn left on Water St.
  7. Turn left on Edwards Street and turn right into the parking garage.

From the West:

  1. Take I-94 E to Kalamazoo. Take Exit 36A from I-94 BUS E/US-131 N.
  2. Continue on I-94 BUS E and drive to W. Michigan Ave. for about 4.1 miles.
  3. Stay on Michigan Ave. heading east until Edwards Street.
  4. Turn left on Edwards Street.
  5. Turn left into the parking garage.
