My former in-house counsel experience at a nonprofit, tax-exempt health system affords me valuable insights into the pressures of in-house counsel and shapes my practice to this day. As health care delivery models, technologies and laws and regulations continue to advance, hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute and long-term-care providers face increasingly complex challenges. I understand what these organizations and in-house counsel need and expect from their law firms in this space –and Warner delivers.

Jeff Segal is a health care and tax attorney who counsels and represents various health care organizations and physicians and group practices through a myriad of matters –including the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), the Physician Self-Referral Law (Stark Law) and HIPAA. Jeff helps clients both up front, in analyzing these complex issues, and then in helping resolve matters that arise as a result of potential or alleged non-compliance related to AKS, Stark Law, state and federal False Claims Acts, licensing complaints and contractual disputes.
