I genuinely care about my clients, and I feel that their problems and achievements are mine as well. When they’re facing a lawsuit, I first find out their goals. I'm very up front with them and always ensure that they’re satisfied with the direction we’re going. It’s very fulfilling to shrewdly and strategically position a case and then achieve the client’s desired outcome.
A vigorous advocate and tactical thinker, Ed Bardelli focuses his practice on employment and commercial litigation. Ed has successfully represented manufacturers, utility companies, universities and banks in all manner of employment disputes, including race, sex, age, FMLA and disability discrimination claims, as well as harassment, retaliation and whistleblower claims. He primarily serves Michigan clients that have a national presence. One client describes him this way: “Ed provides high-quality work at a cost-effective price. He is zealous in his representation of his clients and always ethical. He gives practical advice with his client's business needs in mind."
