With laws, societal norms and employee expectations constantly evolving, no two employment disputes are ever alike, and I enjoy rising to that professional and intellectual challenge by finding creative solutions to difficult problems. I witness every day how lawsuits can have a detrimental impact on a business – with the emotional and financial effects lasting well beyond the settlement or trial. This mindset is why I strive to advocate to protect the interests of my clients at every state of the dispute – both pre and post litigation.

Zainab Hazimi is a litigator who focuses her practice on employment, supply chain and other commercial litigation for a variety of industries. She has experience litigating in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as in private arbitration.
