Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has welcomed Zainab S. Hazimi to the firm as a new attorney.
Hazimi will concentrate her practice in litigation and dispute resolution. She joins the firm after completing a clerkship with the Hon. Sean F. Cox, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Hazimi will be based in the firm’s Southfield office.
She also served as a student attorney with the ACLU’s Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Clinic in Detroit. Hazimi is fluent in Arabic.
Hazimi holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy with high distinction from the University of Michigan and her law degree cum laude from Wayne State University Law School, where she was note and comment editor for the Wayne Law Review.
She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Bar Association and serves on the board of KEYS Grace Academy.
Hazimi resides in Dearborn with her husband, Mohamad.
