Webinar: COVID-19 One Year Later: Employment Issues

Hosted By: Warner

It’s officially “one year later” in dealing with the onslaught of COVID-19 and its devastating effects on people’s lives, the economy and the way we do business. Executive orders, law changes and stimulus packages have been implemented to minimize the pandemic’s destruction – however – we are not out of the woods just yet. That’s why Warner’s Supply Chain and Labor and Employment Practice Groups are presenting a two-part webinar series featuring timely insight into supply chain issues and labor and employment matters.

Warner attorneys Kiffi Ford, DeAndre’ Harris, Zainab Hazimi and William Lentine presented a complimentary webinar where they discussed the various employment issues resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • MIOSHA’s Emergency Rule and the latest developments.
  • Employment litigation trends.
  • Vaccines and return to work.
  • The Employee Retention Tax Credit.
