- Successfully defended against, and obtained dismissal of, discrimination and retaliation claims brought under Michigan’s COVID-19 law, Public Act 238on behalf of various employers.
- Successfully defended against a $6.5 million claim for tortious interference and defamation on behalf of health care provider, resulting in dismissal of all claims.
- Successfully defended against an appeal on forum non-conveniens grounds, resulting in a favorable opinion published by the Sixth Circuit.
