More than 800 employers have turned to us for comprehensive employment relations advice. We work with publicly traded and privately held companies, with union and non-union workforces, on hiring, promoting, supervising, disciplining and firing employees.

To reduce your risk and ensure your workplace is effectively and efficiently managed, we work with you in advance of a difficult decision, such as whether to terminate a poor performer or conduct a sexual harassment investigation. Compliance with the letter—and the spirit—of the law is our goal. Skilled in crisis management, we also can provide on-the-ground support in the event of a workplace fatality, act of violence or other incident.
