In addition to those informational eAlerts, Steve Palazzolo has recorded a Law Shanty video focused on the OSHA ETS. He digs right in with reading and answering some of the FAQs that were published along with OSHA’s ETS. Employers will have questions about the ETS – especially as it pertains to what qualifies an employer as having 100+ employees. He helps un-muddy the waters and offers some legal insight into these standards.
