Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Danica N. Hosaka has been appointed to West Michigan Asian American Association’s board of directors.
WMAAA is a Michigan nonprofit that seeks to build a collaborative, active and committed Asian American community in West Michigan with a focus on health care, education, social justice, cultural awareness, community partnerships and civic engagement. Its current programs and activities include a scholarship program, networking events, presentations and performances to promote appreciation for Asian culture, speaking engagements that promote greater awareness of health care issues affecting the Asian American community, a patient navigation system and other programs and activities that further its strategic objectives.
Hosaka is based in Warner’s Grand Rapid’s office and is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate litigation matters, including employment disputes. She drafts briefs and motions for summary disposition, conducts thorough research to support each case and is essential in compiling facts, case law and citations to assist in constructing compelling arguments.
