Three partners from Warner Norcross + Judd have been elected to the Management Committee.
Amanda M. Fielder, Jonathan E. Lauderbach and Linda Paullin-Hebden will serve three-year terms on the 10-member committee, which oversees the firm’s strategic vision and day-to-day operations. The committee is chaired by Douglas A. Dozeman, managing partner for Warner, which is the largest law firm headquartered in West Michigan and the second largest in the state.
Fielder is a litigator who focuses her practice on all aspects of employment law, successfully defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge, as well as statutory, contract and tort-related employment claims. She chairs the firm’s design committee, which is leading the efforts to design the firm’s new Grand Rapids headquarters. Fielder has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Michigan Super Lawyer each year since 2010 and was named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” in 2015 by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. A graduate of Leadership Grand Rapids and Leadership West Michigan, she is a member of the Association for Human Resource Management and Inforum.
A co-founder of the firm’s Midland office and former circuit court judge for Midland County, Lauderbach has extensive experience in litigation matters involving corporate governance, contract, restructuring, fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfer, land use and intellectual property. He was recently named as one of the 2018 Leaders in the Law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly and has also been named to Michigan Super Lawyers. An adjunct professor at Michigan State University’s College of Law, Lauderbach also serves on the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board.
An executive partner in the firm’s Southfield office, Paullin-Hebden focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment adviser compliance and general corporate matters.
