Nancy Samir-Haddad Derleth has joined Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as an associate.
Derleth concentrates her practice in litigation with a focus on municipal law, labor and employment law, contract litigation, property disputes and related areas. She is based in Warner’s Midland office and is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Prior to joining Warner, Derleth was an associate at Braun Kendrick Finkbeiner, P.L.C. in Saginaw. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication summa cum laude from Saginaw Valley State University and a law degree magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law.
Derleth currently resides in Saginaw with her husband, Michael, and their son, George.
