The National Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution speaker series presents an “Overview of Affirmative Action Supreme Court Decision, DEI Legal Landscape and ADR” webinar. Warner Norcross + Judd LLP team members Mandice McAllister and Allyson Terpsma will participate on the panel to discuss how ADR organizations and professionals are dealing with DEI issues.
Terpsma is a partner at Warner who focuses her practice on labor and employment counsel for employers across a variety of industries, including higher education and health care. She guides clients through difficult employee situations and advises them on civil rights laws, disability and leave issues, wage and hour compliance and labor relations.
McAllister serves as Warner’s diversity, equity + inclusion manager leading the firm to take an “all in” approach to DEI by engaging people at all levels of the firm to lead and participate on DEI committees and initiatives.
The March 21 webinar is hosted by the National Bar Association which works to advance the science of jurisprudence, uphold the honor of the legal profession, promote social intercourse among members of the bar and protect the civil and political rights of all citizens.
