  • Assists clients in supply chain and product distribution issues, including drafting terms and conditions of purchase and sale, and negotiating supply and distribution agreements.
  • Represents nonprofit organizations, including an international child adoption agency.
  • Assists distressed sellers in the disposition of assets.
