- Banking Marihuana: What Do We Do with All This Cash? Rodney D. Martin will review emerging payment alternatives and best practices for convincing financial institutions to accept proceeds from marihuana sales.
- Does the Corporate Veil Apply to Cannabis Operators? Matthew M. Crowe and Matthew D. Johnson will talk about entity formation and the protections offered – or not – to those in the cannabis industry.
