In a world that is constantly in flux, I advise and counsel clients on matters related to international trade and international business, defense trade and defense contracts. This involves advice and counsel on U.S. Trade Laws, Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement, compliance with these bodies of laws and advocating on clients' behalf before government agencies. The best part of my practice is partnering with my clients. I approach each interaction with genuine curiosity, active listening and a problem-solving mindset.

Aida Dismondy’s practice focuses on matters involving international trade and international business, defense trade and defense contracts as well as compliance with federal regulations governing these transactions. She strategically advises clients in matters involving the Export Administration Regulations; International Traffic in Arms Regulations; U.S. anti-boycott laws; the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; the Buy American Act; the Buy America, Build America Act; the Trade Agreements Act; the Berry Amendment and FAR and DFARS.
