Aida Dismondy Elected as TerraLex Trade and Policy Group Co-Chair

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Aida Dismondy has been elected co-chair of the TerraLex Trade and Policy Practice Group.

TerraLex is a global network of independent law firms that collaborate to provide clients with access to trusted legal expertise around the world. With member firms in key jurisdictions across more than 100 countries, TerraLex helps companies navigate cross-border matters, from complex transactions to regulatory challenges and disputes. Warner has represented Michigan as its TerraLex partner since 1995.

Dismondy will serve a three-year term as co-chair of the organization’s Global Trade and Policy Practice Group, which provides strategic guidance on all facets of global trade, including tracking key developments, fostering collaboration and driving cross-border initiatives. Its work spans drafting international sales contracts, advising on customs and import-export regulations, interpreting trade agreements and policies, and supporting clients on shipping, logistics and supply chain issues. The group also counsels on trade remedies and compliance matters.

At Warner, Dismondy focuses her practice on international trade and business, including U.S. national security, economic and foreign policy. She counsels and represents clients on administrative, compliance and enforcement actions arising from export controls and sanctions, customs, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act and related U.S. laws and regulations.
