Bob Nolan counsels clients in complex commercial real estate development, corporate mergers and acquisition transactions. His extensive real estate expertise includes retail development, shopping center development and redevelopment, condominium development, commercial retail leasing and landlord/tenant law. He also represents clients through acquisitions, depositions and conversions. Within his merger and acquisition practice, Bob advises on maintaining compliance with antitrust competition laws. He is focused on helping organizations make sound decisions as it pertains to acquisitions, sales and contracts and manages large real estate portfolios in order to streamline legal expenses. He has a natural rapport with clients and a direct approach in offering the very best legal advice across a multitude of real estate matters.
