I work regularly with national retailers on leasing matters across the country. Granted, brick and mortar has slowed, but I help clients remain agile and innovative. Right now, I am working on a number of “de-malling” projects – which is where we break up big shopping malls into separate parcels or find new uses to infuse life into these big, old spaces. I help my clients form their vision and see incredible opportunities in them. People will always need dirt.

Bob Nolan represents clients on complex commercial real estate matters and corporate transactions. His extensive real estate expertise includes retail and shopping center development and redevelopment, condominium development, commercial retail leasing, landlord/tenant law, property portfolio management and the rapidly developing area of cannabis real estate. On the corporate front, he guides clients through mergers and acquisitions, sales and contracts, depositions, conversions and maintaining compliance with antitrust laws.

“The due diligence aspects of corporate transactions and real estate dovetail nicely,” Bob explains. “Both require incredible attention to detail, and I am often called upon to handle both types of matters simultaneously for the same client.”
