I’m analytical by nature, and I like to take on challenging tasks that may seem daunting to others. Working within the transactional realm of law allows me to do just that – and with great variety. Christian Rhoades is an attorney who focuses his practice in corporate and transactional work. He handles a range of legal matters involving mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, securities law compliance and commercial contracting. Christian has experience assisting a broad range of clients, from publicly traded companies to early stage and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. Additionally, Christian is actively involved with the firm's employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) practice and has significant experience assisting companies and trustees in ESOP transactions.
