For many of our clients, I have become a trusted advisor, their outside “general counsel” – the first person they call if they encounter an issue that they aren’t sure how to handle, or otherwise need help with. I do my best to honor this trust – not only with my own work, but by serving as a conduit to the rest of the firm, which is also at their disposal. If I’m not the best person to solve their issue, I know which of my colleagues can and I make that connection.

Matt Crowe is a corporate and M&A attorney who provides closely held businesses, nonprofits, borrowers, lenders and health care providers with practical solutions for their complex corporate matters – including joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, general contracts and corporate matters.

“When I work with clients, I not only want to understand their goals and risk tolerance – but also their unique personality and preferred style of interaction, so that I can tailor my approach and give them the best possible experience. I work for them; they should not have to adjust to me.”
