Biography

Dan Bonucchi counsels clients on a variety of corporate matters, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and general business matters. Having previously worked in-house as Associate General Counsel for a global automotive manufacturer and supplier and as a procurement professional with a Fortune 150 consumer products company, Dan brings a practical, client focused perspective to his practice. Clients appreciate his proactive and efficient value-add approach, and his ability identify issues most important to them, generate solutions and “get the deal done.”

  • Frequently provides strategic guidance and services relating to corporate governance, compliance and general corporate matters, including entity formation, maintenance and management as well as shareholder/member agreements
  • Periodically assists clients in resolving commercial disputes before they escalate to costly litigation
