I grew up working in my parents’ hardware store in Michigan’s Thumb, where I learned customer service isn’t just about completing a transaction – it’s about listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions and helping people accomplish their goals. I watched my parents take the time to understand the problems customers were really trying to solve, even when the request itself didn’t reveal what they truly needed. That experience drives my approach to practicing law. When a matter comes in, I look beyond the immediate ask to understand the client’s broader objectives so I can serve as a strategic partner and deliver advice that truly moves them forward.

Josh Eggert is a corporate attorney who advises businesses on corporate, commercial bankruptcy and real estate matters. True to his roots, he especially enjoys working with closely held and family-owned enterprises.
