Jarrod Trombley focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including those disputes arising between businesses, among business owners, as well as in higher education, employment and real estate. He has experience in resolving contractual disputes, fraudulent transfer claims, shareholder oppression cases, internal business disputes, and conflicts involving upper management and LLC or corporate owners, as well as issues arising from business breakups or winddowns. He has also assisted with employment disputes related to noncompete, nondisclosure and non-solicitation clauses, and various employment and real estate disputes and issues arising as a result of the pandemic.
