Beth O’Laughlin focuses her practice on counseling individuals, families and businesses on trust and estate planning and administration, succession planning, tax matters, and wealth preservation. She finds it rewarding to help high net worth clients employ complex estate planning strategies to assist them in minimizing or eliminating gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax liabilities. She enjoys assisting young professionals and entrepreneurs as they begin planning for their future. Beth also assists closely held and family businesses in negotiating and executing business transactions, managing ongoing operations, and designing and effectuating succession plans.

Beth enjoys the challenge of coordinating sophisticated planning that is both effective and accessible for her clients, and she has been recognized for her successes. For each of the past three years Beth has been named as a Michigan Rising Star and named to the Michigan Top Women Super Lawyers list by Super Lawyers Magazine.
