Warner and INTA Co-Host Roundtable: ‘Is it Really You? NIL, Deepfakes and Personal Branding’

Monday, June 23, 2025
Noon – 2:00 p.m. ET

In-person Event
Warner Norcross + Judd
2715 Woodward Ave., Suite 300
Detroit, MI, 48201

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP will host the International Trademark Association’s upcoming roundtable, “Is It Really You? NIL, Deepfakes and Personal Branding.”

The discussion comes amid a rapidly evolving landscape where Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) rights, and the growing threat of AI-generated deepfakes, are increasingly blurring the line between authentic and fake content. The event will bring together brand owners and industry professionals to explore best practices and offer insight into this emerging area of trademark protection.

Warner’s attorneys Mary Bonnema, Scott Keller, Amber Underhill, Brian Wassom and Mark Zuccaro, all members of the firm’s Trademarks and Brand Management Practice Group, will join INTA leaders and industry professionals for the session.

For nearly 150 years, INTA has worked to protect and promote the rights of trademark owners, advocate for effective legislation and support efforts that advance the observance of trademark law around the world.

The roundtable will be held at Warner’s Detroit office, located at 2715 Woodward Ave., Suite 300. A complimentary lunch will be served.

The event is free for INTA members and $50 for non-members. Convenient parking is available at the Temple West Garage at 123 W. Temple St., Detroit, MI 48201. Please bring your parking ticket to the Warner suite for validation.
