When I’m driving down the road and see the mark on a billboard, or spot it on a product label at a local store, I think I get almost as excited as they do!

Amber is a Warner partner and intellectual property attorney who regularly counsels clients on trademark, trade dress, unfair competition and copyright related matters. She assists clients with trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement and proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as domestic and international portfolio management.
