DisruptHR Kalamazoo celebrates “the rebellious future of HR” by offering a true information exchange of great ideas and a platform for learning, sharing and connecting among innovative HR professionals.

Warner Norcross + Judd attorney Sarah Bileti will be a featured speaker, highlighting the important role immigrants have played throughout American history. In her speech, “Sal and the Story of America,” Bileti will share the journey of her great-grandfather — a poor, yet hard-working Italian immigrant filled with hope and an earnest willingness to help build his new homeland. Drawing from this personal narrative, she will also explore key programs and policies that have influenced the immigration workforce of today.

Bileti, who chairs Warner’s Immigration Practice Group, is an experienced immigration attorney, specializing in domestic and international employment-based immigration matters that span employee work authorization, corporate restructuring challenges and Form I-9 compliance.
