Malaina Weldy is a corporate attorney assisting businesses on a variety of matters, with a particular focus on securities law compliance, commercial financing, and mergers and acquisitions. She assists SEC reporting companies with compliance and reporting requirements and other governance matters. She also has experience working with community banks and the financial services industry, handling both commercial financing transactions and bank regulatory issues. Her more general corporate practice includes contract development and review and corporate governance/formation.
