Warner Represents Donnelly Penman & Partners in the Placement of $6 Million of Subordinated Notes by Union Financial Corporation

Union Financial Corporation, a Lake Odessa, Michigan-based holding company for Union Bank, announced its completion of a private placement of $6 million in 10-year fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes. 

The notes will initially bear interest at 3.5% per annum through December 15, 2026, and thereafter pay a quarterly floating rate equal to Three-Month Average SOFR plus 243 basis points. 

Warner Norcross + Judd represented Donnelly Penman & Partners in the offering, which served as financial advisor and sole placement agent for the offering.
