Three Warner IP Attorneys Appointed to INTA Committees

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorneys R. Scott Keller, Amber M. Underhill and Brian D. Wassom have been appointed to International Trademark Association committees for 2022-2023.

Founded in 1978, INTA is an association of more than 6,500 organizations from 185 countries dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property to foster consumer trust, economic growth and innovation. The organization values the talented and dedicated group of individuals who serve on its committees as its most important asset. The Warner IP attorneys will serve on the following INTA committees:

  • R. Scott Keller, who has more than 35 years of experience covering a wide variety of intellectual property issues, will begin his second term on the Parallel Imports Committee. 
  • Amber M. Underhill, who focuses her practice on trademark, trade dress, unfair competition and copyright, joins the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee.
  • Brian D. Wassom, who focuses on litigation in the areas of trademark, copyright, defamation, publicity rights, advertising, emerging media, and related fields, will serve on the Enforcement Committee. 

The attorneys in Warner’s Intellectual Property Practice Group are experienced in all aspects of acquiring, managing, protecting, licensing, selling and exploiting intellectual property assets. Both Keller and Underhill practice in Warner’s Grand Rapids office, while Wassom is based in the firm’s Macomb County office.
