Two Warner Partners Honored by Grand Rapids Bar Association and Justice Foundation of West Michigan

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partners Dean F. Pacific and Kelly R. Hollingsworth have been recognized by the Grand Rapids Bar Association and Justice Foundation of West Michigan for their contributions to the practice of law and the cause of justice.

Pacific has been selected as a 2023 recipient of the President’s Award, an annual distinction recognizing Grand Rapids Bar Association members for their dedication to and support of the association. Hollingsworth is a recipient of the 3-in-10 Award, which is presented to three attorneys in their first 10 years of practice who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievements and public service and have made significant contributions to the legal profession.

Pacific focuses his practice in labor and employment law, employment and employee benefits litigation and dispute resolution. Based in Warner’s Grand Rapids office, he defends employers in cases of alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge and in statutory employment-related claims.

He has achieved many recognitions for his litigation work, including being named a Best Lawyer in America© every year since 2019 and a Michigan Super Lawyer since 2020. He has been recognized as a Top Lawyer in employment litigation by Grand Rapids Magazine.

In addition to the Grand Rapids Bar Association, Pacific is also a member of the American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan.

Pacific serves on the board of directors for Head Start of Kent County.

Hollingsworth is based in the firm’s Grand Rapids office and concentrates her practice in technology and data privacy. She counsels technology users and creators through procurement, commercial contracting and implementation. She also helps global clients across a variety of industries protect and utilize their own data and that of their customers in compliance with continuously evolving data privacy regulations.

Earlier this year, she was recognized as an Up and Coming Lawyer by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. She is chair of Warner’s Engagement Committee and co-chair of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group. In addition to the Grand Rapids Bar Association, she is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
