<p>Stephanie has extensive experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements involving customers, suppliers, vendors, channel partners, logistics providers and other strategic business relationships. She advises clients on identifying and allocating risk, developing contract processes and templates and resolving issues that arise throughout the course of a business relationship.</p>

Before joining Warner, Stephanie served as senior legal counsel, operating as head counsel for the North American subsidiary of LACROIX GROUP, a global electronics manufacturer. As a member of the executive leadership team, she led the subsidiary’s legal and compliance functions, negotiated manufacturing and logistics agreements, managed commercial contracts and outside litigation counsel.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked in private practice, where she handled contract, appellate, probate, estate planning, employment and other matters. Her varied background allows her to examine business challenges from multiple perspectives and collaborate across disciplines to develop comprehensive solutions.
