With a multifaceted practice in real estate and construction, general business and corporate law, regulatory licensing issues, Robin Yono counsels a variety of public and private businesses of all sizes, including closely held businesses. He assists local and national organizations with risk assessments, entity formation and planning, asset planning, business asset sales and stock transfers, commercial financing, business agreements, contract review and drafting and licensing transactions with the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency and the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.

  • Corporate counsel for local manufacturers in corporate governance, sales contracts, confidentiality agreements, employment arrangements and asset acquisitions.
  • Represents commercial developers with construction contracts, real property sales and acquisitions, surveying, zoning, title matters and negotiations and meetings with local city and county officials.
  • Represents a vast array of clients in real property sales and acquisitions with due diligence and environmental matters, bank and seller financing such as mortgages and land contracts, and also matters involving distressed properties and commercial short sale negotiations.
  • Represents clients in business asset sales and acquisitions with due diligence, bank and seller financing, security agreements and regulatory compliance with the State Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and other state and federal compliance matters involving the Michigan Liquor Control Commission and the Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency.
