Environmental disputes are often multi-layered and very broad in scope. They are also often historic or legacy matters, which adds complexity and necessitates further investigation. I find these tough cases stimulating, intellectually, and I particularly enjoy the collaborative and problem-solving aspects of getting the best possible result for our client.

  • Litigates state and federal environmental matters, including CERCLA, RCRA and Michigan Part 201 claims.

  • Assists entities in responding to civil investigative demands, subpoenas and search warrants.
  • Researches and briefs cases before state and federal courts of appeals.
