Not only does my practice involve the litigation of disputes of all types and sizes, but also strategic counseling before a lawsuit is filed. I’m here to resolve disputes – ideally before the dispute has fully formed – or, if necessary, during litigation. Either way, I take pride in advocating for clients both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Katie Crysler is a litigator and trial attorney who dedicates her practice to strategic counseling and resolving complex commercial disputes. She represents corporate entities of all sizes – ranging from small corporations to Fortune 500 companies – in business-related disputes, including supply chain litigation, contract disputes, and product liability matters, among other things. Client-focused and results-driven, Katie has worked on a wide-range of intricate litigation matters, successfully representing clients at every stage of the litigation process—including trial—in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

“Sophisticated strategic counseling, our ability to draft and review contracts to ensure that our clients are protected against all contingencies and our knowledge of the ever-changing legal landscape will continue to be of great value as our clients navigate this new world.”
