A Better Partnership
For nine years, Warner has been recognized by BTI Consulting Group as a national leader in client service among law firms in its “Client Service A-Team.” This is because we build better partnerships with our clients. Successful partnerships happen when all parties benefit from the relationship. At Warner, we’re intentional about driving benefits for our clients and our colleagues. And while many law firms say their culture, values and approach are unique, Warner has the proof that ours are refreshingly different and effective.

Every firm talks about the results they gain for their clients, but Warner continues to deliver remarkable value. Our representation of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority on their $4.4 billion public-private-partnership (P3) is one example. The Warner team focused on all U.S. law aspects of the project working with more than a dozen governmental partners and stakeholders for more than a decade. We also recently obtained a $24 million judgement on a copyright infringement case, and for a NYSE-listed company, we led an $800 million M&A deal. Further proof that Warner delivers results to our clients.
Warner builds a better partnership through diversity, equity and inclusion. Our DEI Action Committee features a diverse group of 30 attorneys and staff contributing more than 2,000 collective hours annually to drive DEI initiatives. The committee hosts firm-wide town hall meetings, employee resource groups, improvements in hiring processes and other action-driven endeavors.
We build a better partnership through teamwork, relationships, careers and community. It starts with our teaming and collaboration. Our “no gatekeeper” approach ensures efficiency in our client relationships, by ensuring the right person does the right task at the right time. This cooperation, transparency and openness are fueled by our desire to ensure that it is easy – and always productive – for clients to do business with us.
Entrenched in Michigan but working with numerous clients nationally and in countries abroad, Warner is the go-to firm for many clients in dozens of industries that have relied on us for decades. This mutual familiarity and trust lead to client relationships and representation that go far beyond duty – it connects to something much deeper, with more resilience.
The Conversations We are Having With Clients
Clients are concerned about being change-ready – which takes on different meanings to clients based on their particular industries. Our attorneys’ jobs across the firm are to help each client prepare for that change. Business, financial, compliance, cybersecurity and reputational risks are greater than ever.
Here is the answer to the question, “Why Warner?” It’s because clients quickly realize we make their people, issues and goals our top priority.
