Warner Norcross + Judd LLP serves as legal advisor to ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. ("ChoiceOne"), the parent company of ChoiceOne Bank, in its merger agreement to acquire Fentura Financial, Inc., the parent company of The State Bank.
