Biography

Laura is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes as a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, Automotive Industry Group and Financial Services Industry Group. A former mortgage banker, Laura became a lawyer because she wanted a challenging career that would allow her to shape the right legal arguments to achieve successful outcomes for her clients. Laura routinely advises automotive suppliers on commercial contract negotiations and pre-litigation disputes and her litigation experience includes representing suppliers in commercial disputes through trial and arbitration proceedings. Laura also routinely represents business owners in closely held business disputes, lenders in foreclosure and related proceedings, and commercial clients in a wide variety of disputes including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation and tort claims. Laura has a reputation for remaining calm under pressure.
