The Employers’ Association convened its 83rd Annual Business Meeting & Luncheon to review 2022 accomplishments and discuss planned impact for 2023.
TEA has provided practical HR Solutions to the West Michigan business community since 1939 by ensuring businesses have the tools and resources necessary to make sound and appropriate operational decisions. In 2023, it will be increasingly important to understand the “laws of the land” because recent changes and proposals make it difficult to do “business as usual” for many organizations.
TEA advises business leaders to be prepared for a “seismic shift” in Michigan’s employment law as dozens of news Acts and Bills stand to dramatically change the legal landscape. As part of the event, TEA invited Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Allyson Terpsma to participate on a three-person panel to discuss those changes and their expected impact on West Michigan employers.
