Warner attorney Sarah Bileti will present “Navigating Business Immigration in MedTech: Strategies for Global Talent Acquisition & Compliance.”Her session will outline immigration-based hiring strategies, including visa options for skilled and unskilled workers, as well as current and emerging regulatory issues.
Bileti, chair of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group, focuses on domestic and international employment-based immigration matters. Her work includes employee work authorization, corporate restructuring, Form I-9 compliance and other issues that help businesses remain compliant and adapt to evolving workforce regulations.
