Attendees will gather to examine the legal, economic and practical developments transforming real property law across the state and beyond, with an emphasis on practical guidance, emerging issues and collaborative learning.

Robin E. Yono, an attorney at Warner, has been invited to lead a roundtable discussion “FinCEN Reporting Requirements” examining the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s Residential Real Estate Rule and the status of the court cases governing its current effectiveness and enforcement.

At Warner, Yono practices real property law, including real estate and construction transactions with a focus on commercial and residential transactions, leasing, surveys, titles, zoning issues, land contracts and environmental matters. He practices in the firm’s Macomb County office.
