Warner partner Paul H. Beach will provide a PFAS update. PFAS, or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, have sparked a wave of litigation and regulatory action due to their widespread presence in the environment. Beach will provide an update on regulatory and enforcement matters involving PFAS, focusing on practical impacts to the regulated community and best practices for compliance.
