Michigan Municipal League’s two-day CapCon 2024 offers attendees meaningful information and tangible tools to advocate, engage and influence the legislative process to support and shape the future of our communities and Michigan.
Warner executive partner Monique Field-Foster will participate in the afternoon panel discussion “Lobbying 3.0.” Attendees will learn the nuts and bolts of advocacy from a panel of experts as they discuss their best practices for lobbying and messaging. Panelists will share their experiences being lobbied and how effective communications can advance messaging and help develop coalitions and partnerships with groups and businesses to achieve common goals.
At Warner, Field-Foster focuses her practice on government advocacy and affairs for diverse industries, including transportation, professional sports, higher education and economic development. She was honored by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of the “Influential Women of Law” and by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of “50 Names to Know in Lobbying” and as a “Notable Women in Law.”
The two-day Lansing event begins on March 12 and includes a variety of keynote addresses, panel discussions, breakout groups, receptions and an exhibit hall where guests can connect face-to-face with potential clients from every part of the state.
