Hon. Paul L. Maloney Provides Insight on Recent Revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Panel Discussion on Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Warner recently led a half-day Data Symposium focused on changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), eDiscovery, privacy and security, records information management and other related issues. Hon. Paul L. Maloney (Western District Court of Michigan), Andrea Bernard, B. Jay Yelton III and Scott Carvo presented during the symposium on October 23, 2015. The panel used a case study to explore how the rule amendments would play out in a litigation scenario from the perspectives of a plaintiff, a defendant  and from the bench.
