I approach every matter with intentionality, diligence and genuine care. By anticipating client needs, staying a step ahead and preparing thoroughly, I’m able to adapt quickly as circumstances change and keep matters on course. This proactive mindset helps me deliver work that is  strategic and aligned with each client’s goals. I prioritize prompt communication — no question is too small — and make sure clients feel heard and supported. If it matters to the client, it matters to me. That commitment, combined with clear communication and a well-considered process, is how I build trust and move matters forward.

Katrin Kelley’s litigation practice spans general and commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on real property litigation. She also works on labor and employment, renewable energy matters, as well as appellate litigation. This variety allows Katrin to remain curious and engaged — approaching each case with fresh eyes, exploring new fact patterns and delving into legal questions that require complex, high-level analysis. She especially enjoys partnering with business owners and organizations who care deeply about the communities they serve. Their commitment makes the work especially meaningful for Katrin.
