While I am a litigator who is always prepared to go to battle for clients, I work with them to at least try to achieve a resolution that keeps them out of the courtroom and saves them considerable money, time and aggravation. I was the kid of a business owner and still carry those values and priorities – including being grounded in practicality and always understanding the cost-benefit of decisions – forward in everything that I do.

A former federal prosecutor turned litigator, Chris Tracy represents clients from Fortune 500 companies to smaller, locally owned businesses in commercial litigation, real estate disputes and a variety of civil and white-collar criminal defense matters involving corporate, employment, product liability, environmental, regulatory and compliance issues. Chris’ clients conduct business operations around the world and hail from sectors that include agriculture, manufacturing, transportation and military/government supply.
