Warner Norcross + Judd LLP served as BSW’s legal adviser in the transaction. Hue Partners provided consulting and strategic guidance. Regarding Warner’s counsel, BSW CEO David Wolf shared: “Warner’s RIA industry expertise and experience were critical to the success of our transaction. Linda Paullin-Hebden, John Muhs and the WNJ team were exceptional colleagues, and we are deeply grateful for their keen business sense, advice and counsel throughout the process. From terms to structure, efficiency and the all-important ‘get it’ factor, WNJ was the ideal partner and enabled us to remain focused on what we do best: serving our clients.”
